Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1–3 business days from the order date. After processing, your order ships the next business day.

We don't ship on weekends. During holidays or sale seasons, allow a little extra time — we'll always keep you posted.

We move fast — so you'll need to request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order is likely already in production and we can't make changes.

After processing, delivery typically takes 3 to 15 business days depending on your location. International orders can take up to 30 business days in rare cases.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund. Just reach out and we'll sort it — no stress.

Our prices are displayed in Euros, tax-free. Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties or customs fees upon delivery — these are set by your local customs office and are not something we control or cover.

For EU customers, no extra customs charges apply. For all others, we recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs.

All PURG products are 3D-printed in Portugal using two materials:

PLA (Bioplastic) — used for all coloured products. Plant-based, biodegradable, and the cleanest option around.

PETG HF (100% Recyclable) — used for all black products. More durable and heat-resistant. Good for the planet, built to last.

Yes — that's one of the perks of 3D printing. Custom colours, sizes, engravings, or full custom designs are all possible.

Yes. We use food-safe, non-toxic materials — PLA bioplastic and PETG HF — that are widely used in everyday products. No harmful coatings, no sketchy off-gassing. Just clean, functional accessories.
